Updates

Every change I make to Vex, the website and the dashboard, newest first. I also announce larger changes in the Support Server.

Added this documentation site.
Added the /dashboard command.
Added Ticket buttons for the support panel: a Start a Ticket button and an optional FAQs button.
Added Ping the member too, which mentions the member who opened a ticket together with your ping roles.
Added the {responsetime} variable, which shows your average first response time and updates every hour.
Added the Premium launch countdown.
The dashboard now asks you to save or reset before you leave a page, and only shows problems in the sections you changed.
The server list on the dashboard now updates by itself after you add Vex to a server.
Vex no longer replies to messages that contain profanity.
