Vertx Docs

Vex is a support bot for Discord. It runs private support tickets, answers members' questions from knowledge you write, and logs every support event. You set it up on the dashboard at vertx.info, without commands or IDs.

This documentation covers every part of Vex and the dashboard. I'm the lead developer of Vertx, and I maintain these pages. If you find a mistake, tell me in the Support Server or by email.

Where to start

• New to Vex? Follow Getting started. It takes you from adding Vex to your first ticket.
• Setting something up? The Features section has one page for each dashboard page, in the same order as the dashboard sidebar.
