Dashboard tour
The dashboard at vertx.info/dashboard is where you configure Vex for each server.
Logging in
Press Log in with Discord and approve the request on discord.com. The dashboard receives your Discord username, avatar and the list of servers you're in. It never receives your password or your messages.
The name next to Logged in as shows which account you're using. Open that menu to Switch account or Log out. A login lasts up to 7 days.
Choosing a server
The list shows every server where you can manage Vex: servers where you're the owner, have Administrator or Manage Server, or have a role added under Team and access.
- An arrow means Vex is in the server. Select it to open its settings.
- A plus sign means Vex isn't in the server yet. Select it to add Vex.
Home
Home shows your open tickets, your average first response time and a chart of tickets opened per day over the last 14 days. It also shows shortcuts to the main pages, and the setup checklist until setup is complete.
Saving changes
- Changes take effect only after you press Save changes in the bar at the bottom of the page.
- If a section you changed has a problem, Save changes is disabled. Press Show me to go to it.
- You can't move to another page while you have unsaved changes. Save them, or press Reset to discard them.
